1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FRACAD website at https://www.fracad.com, purchasing any program, or engaging with any FRACAD service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, members, and customers of FRACAD (Fundraising Academy), operated by FRACAD Limited.
2. Our Services
FRACAD provides educational programs, training, coaching, and resources related to grant writing, fundraising strategy, organizational fundability, and investment readiness. Our current offerings include:
- Free Program — Access to 4 introductory lessons, a fundability self-assessment tool, monthly curated grant opportunities, and community forum access. Provided at no charge.
- Quickstart Program — A self-paced curriculum of 30+ lessons, the FRACAD Grant Vault, proposal templates, a scored fundability assessment, and one live group session. Priced at $49 USD.
- Intensive Coaching Program — A structured high-touch coaching experience including live weekend group sessions, personal proposal review, a custom grant roadmap, and done-with-you proposal writing. Priced at $499 USD.
- Strategy Sessions — Private 60-minute 1-on-1 consultations with Blessing Mene. Priced at $199 USD.
- Live Events — In-person full-day workshops in multiple cities. Pricing varies by location.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
3. Eligibility
Our programs are intended for adults aged 18 years and older. By registering for any FRACAD program or service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Our programs are designed for founders, NGO leaders, SME owners, social entrepreneurs, and organizational leaders. FRACAD is not responsible for outcomes that depend on your individual context, effort, or circumstances.
4. Accounts and Access
Access to paid programs is tied to the email address used at the time of enrollment. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials. You may not share, sell, or transfer your program access to another person.
Program access durations are as follows: Quickstart members have access for one year from enrollment. Intensive Coaching members have access for two years. Strategy Session bookings are one-time events with no ongoing access portal.
FRACAD reserves the right to revoke access without refund if a member is found to be sharing content, misusing access, or violating these terms.
5. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Nigerian participants are offered Naira-equivalent pricing which is clearly displayed at checkout. All prices are exclusive of applicable VAT and payment processing fees.
Payments are processed through our secure payment infrastructure. FRACAD does not store your full payment card information.
For Intensive Coaching installment plans, all installments must be completed before the program access period expires. Failure to complete installment payments does not entitle the participant to a refund of amounts already paid.
6. Refund Policy
FRACAD operates a strict no-refund policy on all programs, events, and services. Once payment is confirmed, your enrollment or booking is final. Please review our full Refund Policy before purchasing.
We offer a Free Program, a free training webinar, and a free 15-minute strategy call specifically so that prospective students can assess the quality and fit of our programs before committing financially. We encourage you to use these resources before purchasing.
If you have a genuine concern about a purchase, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to find a reasonable resolution, which may include applying your payment toward another FRACAD service.
7. Program Content and Intellectual Property
All FRACAD course content, materials, templates, videos, workbooks, grant vault data, and associated resources are the intellectual property of FRACAD Limited and are protected by copyright law.
As a member, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own professional development. You may not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share any program content with non-members
- Record, screenshot, or copy course videos or materials for distribution
- Build competing products or training programs using FRACAD content
- Claim authorship of any FRACAD materials
Testimonials and success stories shared by members remain the property of those individuals but may be used by FRACAD for marketing purposes with permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FRACAD services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm FRACAD, its instructors, or other members. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward FRACAD staff or community members
- Submitting false or misleading information in any form or application
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any FRACAD system or member database
- Using FRACAD resources to support fraudulent grant applications
- Spamming or soliciting other community members for unrelated commercial purposes
Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
9. Disclaimers
FRACAD provides educational content and coaching to improve your organization's fundraising readiness. We do not guarantee that participation in any program will result in receiving a grant, investment, or any specific funding outcome.
Funding decisions rest entirely with third-party funders. FRACAD makes no representations about the suitability of any funder in our database for your specific organization. The Grant Vault is provided as a research and discovery tool, not as a guarantee of eligibility or approval.
Our programs are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness or fitness of our content for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRACAD Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or damages resulting from unsuccessful grant applications.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to FRACAD in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to FRACAD services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, FRACAD, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to access all program content ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with FRACAD. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation before formal legal proceedings.
Participants located in other jurisdictions acknowledge that they are voluntarily accessing a service operated from Nigeria and agree to these governing terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active members by email. Continued use of FRACAD services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
