You can limit tracking by declining non-essential cookies in our cookie banner. Essential tracking for form submission processing cannot be disabled while using our forms.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations:
- Active members: Data is retained for the duration of your program access plus 2 years.
- Inactive contacts: Data is retained for up to 3 years after last interaction, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years for financial and tax compliance purposes.
- Marketing preferences: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
